We've worked with James from Talent Education for, oh, at least a couple of years now. We rely on him for day-to-day cover and for Long-term cover and we've had some really, really strong members of staff come to work with us through the work that James does in recruiting specifically for our school. James also works with us on our fundraising events, so he will donate raffle prizes for us, comes and supports us, spends lots of money, a really great supporter of our children, provides things that we need in school. He also bought us a bed for our living skills suite, which is a self-contained flat. So our children learn independent living skills and generally it's just a really great supporter of school and he's our number one person that we go to for supply and when we need anything.
