How We Work

Our Promise

Personal Service: You’ll always speak to real people who care.
Local Expertise: We live and work in Greater Manchester, so we know the schools here.
Honest Communication: Clear, open, and upfront at all times.
Long-Term Relationships: We aim to be your trusted recruitment partner, not a one-off contact.
For Schools
-
Understanding Your Needs
We begin with a friendly conversation to learn about your school — its culture, values, and specific staffing requirements. -
Selecting the Right Talent
Using our local network and recruitment expertise, we handpick candidates who fit your criteria, whether for daily supply, long-term, temp-to-perm, or permanent roles. -
Screening and Compliance
Every candidate is fully vetted in line with DfE and Safer Recruitment in Education guidelines. You can be confident that every educator we send has been thoroughly checked, referenced, and approved. -
Placement and Support
Once a placement is confirmed, we stay in touch to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you need extra support or additional staff, we’re only ever a phone call away. -
Feedback and Partnership
Your feedback helps us improve. Many schools work with us long-term because they know we genuinely care about getting it right.
For Educators

Training and Development
Through our partner training company, you’ll get free access to an online CPD platform to help you stay confident and up to date.
As qualified Team Teach trainers, we also offer every registered candidate a free Team Teach Level 2 course. -

If you need a new DBS, we’ll refund your fee after 20 working days of employment. -
Ongoing Support and Check-ins
We’ll check in regularly, offer feedback, and always be here if you need advice or just a friendly chat.

Employment References
Our thorough employment pre-check list includes delving into the profession history of our candidates by securing at least two employment references. This allows us to present clients with qualified individuals whose background align seamlessly with their staffing requirements.
